Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email right after you buy.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8–14 business days. During peak seasons or due to carrier delays it may occasionally take longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at nyrora21@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or a refund.

Customs and duties

Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on current regulations. Where possible, they are shown and charged at checkout. If a carrier asks you for any additional fee at delivery, contact us at nyrora21@gmail.com before paying and we'll help you.
