These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of nyrora.com (the "Store"), operated by Nyrora ("we", "us"), and to any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Store

Products and prices

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary slightly on different screens. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions and cancel orders affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if the product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Product use and safety

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyrora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or the products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
